My 4-Year-Old Daughter Was Crying From Hunger—Then Her Grandmother Threw a Plate of Noodles Into Her Face
Four-year-old Lily stood on her toes, reaching for the noodles on the table.
“Please, Grandma… I’m hungry.”
Diane stormed in. “Thieves don’t eat in my house!”
She grabbed the plate and hurled the noodles into Lily’s face.
Lily screamed.
Her seven-year-old brother, Ethan, rushed forward and wrapped his arms around her.
“Don’t hurt my sister!”
At that moment, their mother opened the front door.
She froze when she saw Lily covered in food and Ethan shielding her.
“What did you do to my children?”
Diane tried to blame Lily, but Mom slapped the plate from her hand and pointed outside.
